Our goal is to have a successful partnership with you. In concrete terms, this means that as an influencer and/or blogger you can earn money through blogfoster by participating in campaigns and cooperations with suitable advertising partners using your own blog or social media profiles.

blogfoster is designed for you to give as little data as possible in order to use blogfoster. We divide this into two phases: the initial registration and the participation in campaigns. Of course, if you want to participate in campaigns and earn money, we need your contact and billing information, as well as account details to transfer your earnings.

What data does eqolot need for signing up?

You can sign up to eqolot with your first name and your email address. Please make sure that you choose a strong password. In addition, you state from which country you come and which language you speak. This data is sufficient to create an account on eqolot and to apply to campaigns after activating your blog or social media channels.

What data do I have to provide if I want to participate in cooperations?

If you want to participate in campaigns, we of course need more data from you for billing purposes. This includes:

first name
Last Name
Street and house number
Postcode and City
Country
Company Name
Tax number
Sales tax ID number
Name of Bank Institute
IBAN
BIC

The entry of this data is voluntary, but must be made to actively participate in campaigns. BIC and IBAN are stored in encrypted form, so that in the very unlikely event of data loss nobody can do anything with your payment data.

What other data does eqolot store?

In addition, we store non-personal information about your blog or social media profiles. This includes, for example, the topic category, the title and description of your blog, the reach of your social media channels and the applications for campaigns.

Who has access to my data?

Only selected employees of eqolot have access to your personal data. Selected means that they must communicate with you in terms of contract performance or, for example, create reports about a campaign.

Will my personal data be shared with third parties?

For the execution of the contract, the business operation and the transfer of your income, we will transfer your personal data to our tax adviser and our bank. These are subject to additional separate secrecy and privacy rules.
In addition, in individual cases with your consent, your address or contact details may be forwarded to a cooperation partner if you give us permission to do so. This information is always visible before any campaign before you apply.

What is the legal basis for this?

For the storage of your personal data for order processing, we have the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO data required for contract purposes or on the basis of legitimate interests acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO on the economical and effective operation of our business operations.

Can I view and change my data?

Yes. Data about your person will only be entered by you and not "collected" by an employee of blogfoster GmbH. You can change the data in your account at any time.

How long will the data be saved for?

The data will be stored for as long as it is needed for contract and documentation purposes, that is, as long as you work with eqolot. A deletion of the data can be done e.g. by deleting your account.
